A Republican Senator, no less! Props to Ms. Johnson for taking a stand in the name of Truth.

“If we’re going to sacrifice our freedom, there ought to be a very good reason, and we have a right to know what that is. It isn’t enough for government to say, ‘Trust me.’”

Backing my claims about 9/11 questions

A recent letter to the editor asked for evidence of my claims regarding the tragedy of 9/11. Below I present some points that are presently known. I won’t be able to convince anyone who doesn’t want to be convinced, but for those who are willing to deal with factual evidence, consider the following:

37 different people reported explosions in the basement of the World Trade Center Towers before the first plane hit, and seismic equipment recorded both the explosions and the impacts. In addition, people were injured by the explosions in the basement, providing well-documented evidence. Yet this evidence is ignored.

The media and government have promoted the “pancake theory” as the cause of the collapse of the Twin Towers — that is, fire weakened the steel support beams, causing the upper floors to collapse. Then the weight of the collapsing floors above caused the floors below to collapse. This theory is not consistent with scientific principles or the facts. Frank Legge, who has a doctorate in chemistry, and Tony Szamboti, a mechanical engineer, reported in December in the Journal of 9/11 Studies: “It appears therefore that the official concept of a free-fall collapse of the upper portion through the initiation story, due to heat effects from fire, is a fantasy. If the temperature did become high enough for collapse to occur” — and everyone agrees that it did not — “it could not have happened in the observed manner. In particular it could not have been sudden and thus could not have produced the velocity, and hence the momentum and kinetic energy, upon which the official story depends for the second stage of collapse.”

Key 9/11 suspect charges dropped

The Pentagon has dropped charges against a Saudi citizen alleged to have been the “20th hijacker” in the 11 September 2001 attacks on the US.

Mohammad al-Qahtani was one of six Guantanamo Bay inmates charged with murder and war crimes in February.

The Pentagon said the case against the other five defendants would proceed.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against the suspects in a case before military tribunals at the US prison camp in Guantanamo Bay.

‘Torture’

A Pentagon official said the charges against Mohammad al-Qahtani had been dropped “without prejudice”, meaning they could be reinstated.

The US military gave no reason for its decision.

But lawyers for the defendant say they believe the charges were dropped because he “was tortured” under interrogation.

The decision could have implications for the other five suspects, whose lawyers claim that similar treatment was meted out to them, the BBC’s Adam Brookes reports from Washington.

Authorities say Mr Qahtani failed to take part in the 9/11 attacks because he was denied entry into the US by an immigration official.

He was refused entry at Orlando in Florida in August 2001 and returned to Dubai. He was later detained in Afghanistan and transferred to Guantanamo Bay.

In 2006, he recanted accusations he had made against fellow detainees of having links to al-Qaeda.

His lawyer told Time magazine the statements had been extracted under torture.

The Saudi was reportedly submitted to stress positions, sleep deprivation and humiliation at Guantanamo.

Officials said he had been subjected to a harsh interrogation authorised by former US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Four planes were hijacked by 19 men in the 11 September attacks. Two hit the World Trade Center in New York, another the Pentagon in Washington and the fourth crashed in Pennsylvania.

About 3,000 people were killed.

The five suspects still facing trial at Guantanamo include the alleged mastermind of the plot, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Think about it — 15 of the supposed hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. The FBI thinks the funding came from Pakistan. Osama Bin Laden is NOT wanted by the FBI for the events of 9/11. So we attacked Afghanistan and Iraq in response?? Time to wake up.

Fed. Appeals Court: Former EPA chief not liable for 9/11 deaths

Hundreds, if not thousands, of Ground Zero rescue workers and NYC residents are SICK and DYING because EPA Chief Christine Todd Whitman proclaimed the air “safe to breathe” THE NEXT DAY.

The Bush Admin pushed the EPA for the “all safe” declaration in order to get Wall St. up and running as quickly as possible.

The toxic air is only one part of the huge puzzle that is the government’s cover-up of 9/11.

NY appeals court: Whitman not liable in Sept. 11 air case

NEW YORK (AP) — Former EPA chief Christine Todd Whitman cannot be held liable for telling residents near the World Trade Center site that the air was safe to breathe after the 2001 terrorist attacks, a federal appeals court said Tuesday.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Whitman’s comments reassuring people about the safety around the site apparently were based on conflicting information and reassurances by the White House.

The appeals court said legal remedies are not always available for every instance of arguably deficient governmental performance.

…The ruling came in response to a lawsuit by residents, students and workers in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn who said they were exposed to hazardous dust and debris from the fallen twin towers after Sept. 11.

The plaintiffs alleged that Whitman and EPA officials acting on her behalf made statements about air quality that failed to report or misrepresented health risks associated with the dust from the ruined skyscrapers.

They said Whitman, who also is a former New Jersey governor, should be forced to pay damages to properly clean homes, schools and businesses.

A lower court judge had earlier refused to dismiss Whitman as a defendant, saying her actions were “conscience-shocking.”

The next question is — if the court has decided it wasn’t her fault that she had “conflicting information and reassurances by the White House” — will the White House be the next one taken to court?

Bill Clinton confronted by Ohio 9/11 Truthers @ Hillary rally

My friends Anthony and Cody had a chance to teach Bill Clinton about 9/11 Truth at a recent Ohio rally.

But wait— I thought Bill Clinton was a good guy? The peace-keeping Democrat who was so much better than W? My friends often cite his involvement in the creation of AmeriCorps, a program near and dear to my heart.

That’s great and all but what about when he bombed Bosnia? And bombed Yugoslavia? Passed NAFTA? Passed DOMA? Passed the Telecommunications Act of 1996? Passed the Line Item Veto Act? Approved the use of Extraordinary Rendition? And don’t forget, he bombed Iraq too. And what’s this I hear about “Arkancide” and the “Bilderberg Group“? Yes, all great and wonderful moments in Clinton history…

“You know what this guy thinks? This guy thinks 9/11 was an inside job. You know what I think? I think 9/11 was murder committed by foreign terrorists associated with Al Q’aeda.”

Well, Bill you have a point, I mean the CIA does match that description…

The Liberty Voice to Feature 9/11 Truth

The Liberty Voice, is a monthly newspaper published out of Liberty Township, Ohio. The first edition hit the streets on November 11th, 2007 and editors are currently working on the fourth edition.

Through carefully chosen articles, the February (fourth) edition will expose the 9/11 fraud. Editor, Sherry Clark knew the February edition of The Liberty Voice would be the one to begin the conversation on this important topic.

” We had just printed and distributed January’s edition of The Voice, when I read The New York Times op-ed by Kean and Hamilton on January 2nd. I was so excited, and knew that when the Chair and Vice Chair of the 9/11 Commission Report come out with the need for a new 9/11 investigation, it was was our great opportunity.”

9/11 truth was also discussed recently on the floor of the Japanese Diet (their parliament.) As a result, there will also be an article about this exciting development in the next issue.

I was extremely confident I had made the right decision (to publish on the need for a new 9/11 investigation) when the Prime Minister of Japan was openly debated by Yukihisa Fujita on the very premise of the ‘global war on terrorism.’ As a member of the Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee, Fujita cited evidence that sounded just like we do when we talk to people about 9/11 truth…except of course — he spoke in Japanese”

She said with a laugh. (Even though we all know, 9-11 isn’t funny.)

9/11 Commission Vice-Chair Lee Hamilton confronted @ Miami University

A few members of Columbus 9/11 Truth drove down to Miami University in Hamilton, Ohio on Wednesday night. We met up with Cincinnati 9/11 Truthers and saw Lee Hamilton, vice-chair of the 9/11 Commission give his speech “A Balanced View of American Power: How to Combat the Threats of the 21st Century.”

It was a rather predictable speech in which Hamilton praised our unmatched military power, flourishing democracy, strong economy, and our “durable Constitution.” Hamilton’s words were immediately contradicted by fascist elements such as the police and security officers flanking the aisles throughout the entire program. I had my bag searched before entering (a jar of hair product created a temporary stir), and Cody from Dayton 9/11 Truth had his camera confiscated and erased afterwards. A free and democratic society, indeed.

At one point Hamilton quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who said:

“The moral arc of the universe bends at the elbow of justice.”

Towards the end of the speech, Hamilton asked, “how do you solve problems without talking to people?” That, along with the MLK Jr. quote, was the foundation of the question I had prepared.

When the Q&A time came, 9/11 Truthers made up at least half of the people in line, if not more. Hamilton was questioned on the role of Saudi Arabia in 9/11, being that 15 of the 19 supposed hijackers were Saudis. He was also asked about Building 7 and its absence from the 9/11 Commission Report, to which he responded:

“…look, when you’re investigating an incident as complicated as 9/11 and you have literally thousands of people trying to contribute to your knowledge, you don’t make every call correct. And we included a lot of things that we thought were right. I believe we have basically told the story of 9/11, as we were charged to do by the statute, in a matter which has been widely– not unanimously– accepted. But there are questions that linger, and will linger. We’re still investigating Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. And we’ll be investigating the 9/11 Commission, I have no doubt at all, and our first draft of history many many years hence. We may not have gotten everything right, I think we got a lot of it right.”

I must point out that whenever a 9/11 Truther was at the microphone, Hamilton always had “trouble hearing the question.” How convenient!

Sherry and I were 4th and 5th in line when they decided Hamilton had had enough and they stopped the Q&A. Had I gotten the chance to speak, this was my question:

“Mr. Hamilton, earlier tonight you quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who spoke of justice being where the moral arc of the universe bends. In light of the hundreds of questions not answered by the Commission Report, as Vice-Chair of the 9/11 Commission, why aren’t YOU leading the push for a new investigation, something the families and survivors of 9/11 are asking for — don’t they deserve justice?”

To go back to a previously mentioned quote, how do you solve problems without talking to people? And what about that justice you spoke of, Mr. Hamilton?

Nothing is Scarier Than the Death of Truth.

“A Memorial to Truth” by our friends in Vermont:

Truth was murdered on September 11, 2001, along with the many innocent people who lost their lives at the World Trade Center, at the Pentagon, and in the wreckage of Flight 93.

Unlike the deaths of most of the other 9/11 victims, the death of Truth was agonizingly slow and tortuously painful. Truth hung on for quite a long time, with many courageous individuals doing their best to save her, but the wounds were too great, and the mainstream media threw Truth into a coffin and hammered the nails into that coffin in the days, months and years following 9/11. They continue to hammer on Truth’s coffin to this day, extending the mass hypnosis that was initiated during the shock and awe of 9/11.

The Bush Administration, with the help of the mainstream media, seized Truth’s coffin and placed it beyond the reach of the public, not even allowing photographs. Though we no longer know Truth, enough pieces of Truth are still accessible to prove that Truth is dead and gone and that foul play was involved. As Truth was being slaughtered, her body was broken into trillions of pieces which, unlike the WTC steel, could not be immediately collected and spirited away.

Hundreds of tiny bone fragments from the body of Truth landed on top of the Deutsche Bank building. Trillions of tiny particles from the body of Truth blanketed Manhattan as the WTC exploded. Elements of Truth are in some or all of the following:

the near free-fall rate at which dozens of undamaged floors of three steel-framed skyscrapers gave way (no conspiracy can break the laws of Physics);
the molten metal, now denied by NIST, observed beneath the exploded towers;
the countless witness testimonies and videos from 9/11 indicating explosions;
the stopped, independent Pentagon clocks showing a time well before the alleged crash of Flight 77;
Flight 77’s flight data recorder data indicating a miss, not a strike;
an amazing flight maneuver by a hijacker who couldn’t fly a small Cessna;
the bizarre discovery of a hijacker’s last will and testament and other “evidence” in “misdirected” luggage that should have been destroyed with the hijackers;
unprecedented put options preceding 9/11;
the reported wiring of $100,000 from U.S. – friendly Pakistani officials to Mohammed Atta;
the squelched pre-9/11 warnings from an intelligence system that was “blinking red”;
the “coincidental”, multiple 9/11 war games;
the Bush Administration’s aggressive 14-month opposition to any investigation;
Bush and Cheney’s refusal to testify individually, under oath, or on the record;
the refusal by the 9/11 Commission to address countless issues presented to it.

Because Truth is dead, the Bush Administration has been able to lie to the world with impunity, launch its everlasting “war on terror”, “out” a covert CIA operative, claim ever larger powers, spy upon, kidnap and torture innocent people, push the federal debt beyond drowning depth, expand the military to unprecedented levels, field private armies that are above the law, establish ever higher levels of secrecy in government, and effectively destroy democracy. Our Congress has voluntarily surrendered its authority because Truth is dead.
