08/24/07 UPDATE:
Not only have our demands for an article retraction been ignored by FrontPageMag, but Family Security Matters continues to allow the false OSU Professor/Columbus911Truth.org connection to persist — despite its complete inaccuracy — in an article released today entitled “CAIR and the 9/11 Conspiracy Theorists.”
FrontPageMag and FamilySecurityMatters.org are both running stories falsely crediting Columbus911Truth.org with the sponsorship of a “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid” panel at OSU back in April, featuring professors John Mueller and John Quigley. I’m sure this was a fine event, but the fact is — we had nothing to do with it.
The story was written by FrontPageMag and quickly picked up by FamilySecurityMatters.org, the same group that recently ran an article advocating that George W. Bush “use his nuclear weapons to slaughter Iraqis until they complied with his demands, or until they were all dead” and be made “President for Life.”
This whole thing is a perfect example of why we must always be critical readers. Insist on having facts! Demand that crazy thing called TRUTH. Even the smallest amount of research would reveal we had nothing to do with this event. But that wouldn’t make for a very good article now, would it?
To give you an idea of the mindset of this group, Today is “Happy Surge Day!” at FrontPageMag, who is described by SourceWatch.org as:
“…a neo-conservative magazine founded by ex-Marxist (Trokskyite) turned neo-conservative activist David Horowitz. FrontPage’s output ranges from old-fashioned red-baiting and neocon punditry, to pushing pro-Likud zionist propaganda.”
Family Security Matters is described as:
“…a conservative front group that claims to represent “security moms” and supports President George W. Bush.”
Here is the original FrontPageMag article, along with my response. And here is the Family Security Matters article, which doesn’t allow for comments, wonder why?

Kevin Ryan is former Site Manager for Environmental Health Laboratories, a division of Underwriters Laboratories (UL), the company that certified the steel components used in the construction of the World Trade Center towers. Ryan, a Chemist and laboratory manager, was fired by UL in 2004 for publicly questioning the report being drafted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on their World Trade Center investigation.
Also present was Dr. Kevin Barrett, a Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin, the founder of MUJCA (Muslim Jewish Christian Alliance), and a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.
The last part of the event was an extremely moving presentation by
